I understand it. But if there is a media thread and the link is dead and the thread is like 1-2 year old, can I post saying to make someone reupload that file?

i'm sorry that i've bumped a couple old threads. i didnt realize it was a rule when i did it, and some threads were really good and i didnt want them to die. so sorry, i wont do it anymore
